Augsburg Dining Services during Ramadan
Augsburg Dining Services will be provided meals daily beginning April 12th, the start of Ramadan, until we close for the semester on April 29. We will be open from 8:00pm to 10pm, providing a meal
Wellness Tip: Anti-Inflammatory Foods
Anti-inflammatory foods that help decrease inflammation in the brain are high in omega-3 fatty acids which include fatty fish, flaxseed, chia seeds, walnuts, soybeans, avocados, canola oil, and fortified foods.
